Tomoyuki Ota (Uzabase Executive Officer, Head of Business Development)
In order to achieve our Mission and guide business people to insights that truly change the world, we intend to not only expand our existing services and launch new businesses, but also collaborate with other companies, engage in M&As, and find future business partners through minority investments. In addition to my previous experience in investment banking, I am looking to leverage my business management, acquisition, and PMI experience at Uzabase to contribute to the achievement of the company’s 30% annual growth target through M&A deals and other opportunities for dynamic growth, as well as to contribute to the enhancement of Uzabase’s corporate value.
Momoko Segi (FORCAS Company Executive Officer, Chief Customer Officer)
At FORCAS, we strongly believe in the culture of “co-creation”. As a product manager, I am very much looking forward to working together with our users to drive the continued growth and evolution of FORCAS. My goal is to leverage my previous experiences to bring a new product-driven focus to the role of FORCAS CCO.
Yuya Yoshida (FORCAS Company Executive Officer, Head of Commercial Sales & Customer Success)

As such, it is absolutely crucial that we maximize the value we provide by refining our products through “co-creation” with our customers and partners. My goal is to build a system that will enable us to deliver this value as quickly as possible and to provide solutions to our customers' problems through the power of data and technology.

Uzabase Executive Officer, Head of Business Development
Tomoyuki Ota
Tomoyuki joined Userbase in January 2017, where he was responsible for the SPEEDA business. He was subsequently involved in the acquisition of Quartz Media in the US and was appointed as its CFO in August 2018. He returned to Uzabase in July 2021. Prior to joining Uzabase, Tomoyuki worked for nearly 14 years as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and UBS Securities. He was involved in M&A deals and fundraising in the technological domain. He also has experience working in Silicon Valley. Tomoyuki is a graduate of the University of Tokyo with a degree in Chemical System Engineering, having studied fuel cells.

Momoko Segi
After graduating from university, Momoko joined an IT subsidiary of a trading company. After gaining experience as an engineer, she joined cloud-based contact management tool developer Sansan in 2015, working first as an inside sales representative and later in the marketing department. In 2017, she joined Uzabase, where she has been working as a customer success manager up until now, providing support for FORCAS users, from initial implementation to daily platform usage. In April 2021, Momoko relocated to Mie Prefecture in the Kansai region of Japan, from where she will be working remotely in her new role as CCO.

Yuya Yoshida
Yuya joined digital advertising company CyberAgent as a new graduate, where he worked in the Internet Advertising Business Division. He joined AI-based educational material developer COMPASS in 2017, where he launched the Corporate Business Division and was later appointed as an Executive Officer. Yuya joined FORCAS in April 2020, and became the leader of the sales team in July 2020.
